Joule Tech has basically completed the construction project of cooling equipment laboratory, and has relatively complete routine and type test capacity, which can complete all relevant tests of DC converter valve cooling equipment. Laboratories include:

(1) Routine laboratory: instrument calibration test; Pressure test; Air tightness test; Hydraulic performance test; Insulation withstand test; Simulation control and protection performance test; Water quality performance test; Cleanliness inspection; Insulation withstand test; Continuous running test.

(2) Water quality performance Laboratory

The laboratory is used to research the properties of cooling water, analyze the PH value of cooling water, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, hardness, suspended matter, turbidity, BOD, scale analysis and measurement of ethylene glycol concentration, freezing point of coolant, metal corrosion rate, ion concentration and other tests. In the laboratory, a set of professional simulation laboratory for bacterial culture and pharmaceutical analysis of circulating cooling water has been established in cooperation with colleges and universities, which can simulate the changes of water quality of cooling water dynamically and statically and then formulate corresponding water treatment schemes.

(3) Physical and chemical laboratory

The laboratory has the test function of physical and chemical environment, and can carry out such tests as aging of products or parts, high low temperature, anti-corrosion performance, metallographic analysis, mechanical performance test of metal materials, etc.
